1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SysMon ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

SysMon is an iOS application that displays real-time system monitoring information for your device, including but not limited to:

• CPU usage and processor information
• Memory usage and allocation
• Storage capacity and available space
• Battery level and charging status
• Network upload and download speeds
• Device motion sensors (accelerometer, gyroscope, magnetometer)
• GPS location data
• System thermal state
• Device hardware and software specifications

The App also provides Home Screen widgets for quick access to key monitoring data.

3. License

SysMon is provided under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for your personal use. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without prior written consent
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels in the App

4. In-App Purchases

The current version of SysMon does not include any in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid features. All monitoring functionality is provided free of charge. Future versions may introduce paid features, which will be clearly described before purchase.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any data displayed

The developer does not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or that the monitoring data is suitable for diagnostic, medical, or professional use.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, privacy, or security
• Device performance issues or battery drain
• Reliance on monitoring data for critical decisions
• Any damages arising from use or inability to use the App

7. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring your device meets the minimum system requirements (iOS 17.0+)
• Granting or denying optional permissions (Location, Motion) based on your preferences
• Not using the App's monitoring data as a substitute for professional diagnostic tools
• Backing up your device data regularly

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App (including but not limited to the design, graphics, user interface, and code) are owned by the developer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
