Apple's standard agreement applies. MoonFast is distributed through the App Store, so Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) governs your use of the app and takes precedence over anything written below. You can read it at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. These terms supplement it.
By downloading or using MoonFast ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
MoonFast is a personal fasting timer. It helps you track time-restricted eating windows and follow a weekly schedule. The app is a timing and record-keeping tool only.
Not medical advice. MoonFast does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Fasting may not be appropriate for everyone — including people who are pregnant or breastfeeding, people with diabetes, and people taking medication. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any fasting routine. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read in this app.
MoonFast offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock Pro features.
The exact price, currency and any introductory offer are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase, and are determined by your App Store region. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device settings under Apple Account → Subscriptions, or via apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period.
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies. We cannot issue refunds directly.
The free version of MoonFast is a complete fasting timer. MoonFast Pro adds planning features, such as a personalized week-by-week schedule and reminder notifications. Feature availability may change as the app evolves, but we will not remove a paid feature from an active subscription term without notice.
Your fasting records and plan are stored on your device only. We hold no copy and cannot recover data that is lost when the app is deleted or the device is reset. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We may update, modify or discontinue features of the app. We aim to keep it working on current versions of iOS, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You use the app at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any health outcome. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
