These Terms govern your use of NightMurmur. By downloading, subscribing to, or using the app, you agree to these Terms and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Service
NightMurmur is a personal audio-recording tool that detects and stores short sound moments on your device for later playback.
License
You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use NightMurmur on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple’s usage rules.
Subscription and free trial
Eligible new subscribers may receive a 3-day free trial. After the trial, the annual subscription automatically renews at the price displayed by the App Store unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. You can manage or cancel the subscription in Apple ID subscription settings. Free-trial eligibility is determined by Apple. Except where required by law, payments are handled under Apple’s refund policies.
User responsibilities
- Only record when you have the legal right and all required consent.
- Do not use NightMurmur for unlawful surveillance, harassment, or infringement of another person’s privacy.
- Protect access to your device and recordings.
Not medical advice
NightMurmur is intended for entertainment, curiosity, and general wellness awareness. It is not a medical device, emergency monitor, or diagnostic service. Seek qualified medical advice for health concerns.
Availability and disclaimer
The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” Sound detection can miss events or capture unrelated noise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app.
Termination and changes
You may stop using the app at any time. We may update the service or these Terms as reasonably necessary. Material changes will be reflected by a revised effective date.
