By downloading, installing, or using Markdown Matrix - MD Reader ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Markdown Matrix is a mobile application that allows you to:

• View and edit Markdown (.md) files on your iOS device
• Import Markdown files from other apps
• Export Markdown documents as images
• Manage files locally on your device

3. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App
• Not use the App to store or transmit illegal content
• Be responsible for the content you create and store in the App

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and features, is owned by the developer and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your use of the App does not grant you any ownership rights.

6. User Content

You retain all ownership of the Markdown files you create or import into the App. We do not claim any rights to your content, as all files are stored locally on your device and are not accessible to us.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any errors in the App will be corrected
• The App is compatible with all devices or operating systems

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we handle your data. In summary: we do not collect any personal information or usage data.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
