Agreement
By using Password Wallet, you agree to these Terms and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Purpose
The App is a local organization tool for passwords, account references, document details, notes, and images. It is not an identity provider, password-recovery service, official document issuer, financial service, or cloud backup service.
License
You receive a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple’s applicable terms.
Purchase
Apple handles App Store payments, taxes, refunds, and storefront availability. Any refund request is governed by Apple’s policies.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your device and device credentials secure.
- Store only information you have the right to possess.
- Verify the accuracy of saved information.
- Maintain appropriate device backups and do not rely on the App as the only copy of irreplaceable records.
Local data
The developer cannot access or recover your vault. Data may become unavailable if the device or App is lost, damaged, erased, or deleted.
Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, data recovery, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Changes and termination
These terms may be updated when the App or legal requirements change. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it.
