Privacy Policy

Pool Route Book is a local-first app. This policy explains what the app can store on your device and what it does not collect.

Information you enter

You may choose to save customer names, phone numbers, service addresses and coordinates, access notes, pool service records, water-quality readings, chemicals, cleaning tasks, notes, and photos. This information is stored locally in SwiftData/Application Support on your device. We do not operate an account system, analytics service, advertising SDK, cloud sync, or server receiving these records.

Maps and addresses

MapKit is used for address search and Apple Maps navigation. Apple may process map searches and navigation requests under Apple's terms and privacy policy. Pool Route Book does not request or access your current location.

Photos

PhotosPicker is available only when you actively choose to add a photo. The photo you select is stored with the local service record. The app does not browse your library without your action.

Purchases

Pool Route Pro is sold through Apple's StoreKit: a yearly auto-renewable subscription (com.haoapps.poolroute.pro_yearly, listed at US$19.99/year) and a lifetime non-consumable purchase (com.haoapps.poolroute.pro_lifetime, listed at US$39.99). Apple processes payment, receipts, renewals, and refunds. We do not receive your payment details.

Sharing and retention

Pool Route Book does not transmit your records to us or share them with third parties. You control retention. Use the in-app Delete all data action, or remove the app from your device. Keep your own backup if you need to preserve records.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13. Do not enter information you are not authorized to store.
