You retain all rights to the photos you edit using Popout. We do not claim ownership of any content you create with the App. Since all processing happens on your device, we never have access to your photos or creations.
Popout uses Apple's on-device machine learning to segment subjects from photos. AI results may not always be perfectly accurate. We do not guarantee the quality or accuracy of cutouts or color palettes generated by the App.
Popout is provided free of charge. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or premium features.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.
The App, including its design, interface, and underlying technology, is owned by Popout and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
We may update or modify the App and these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
