These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of SubbyApp (the "App"), a mobile application developed by SubbyApp ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

SubbyApp is a subscription tracking tool that allows users to:

• Capture screenshots of financial statements to automatically identify subscriptions using on-device OCR
• Track and manage subscription services
• Receive renewal reminders

3. Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

The App offers the following auto-renewing subscription options:

• Monthly Pro: $2.99/month
• Yearly Pro: $19.99/year

Subscriptions provide access to premium features including unlimited subscriptions, renewal reminders, subscription checkup, and data export.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Free Tier

The App offers a free tier that allows you to track up to 3 subscriptions. You may upgrade to a paid subscription to unlock unlimited tracking and additional features.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. All screenshot processing is performed entirely on your device using Apple's Vision framework. No images or extracted data are uploaded to any server. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Not use the App to store sensitive financial information beyond subscription tracking

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to code, design, and branding, are owned by us. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• Any missed subscription renewals or charges
• Inaccuracies in OCR recognition results (users are expected to verify)
• Any financial decisions made based on App data

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to us or other users.
