Session Tracker ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use the TrainerSchedule mobile application (the "App").
In short: Session Tracker keeps your client, package, and booking records on your device, with optional iCloud sync through Apple. The app also sends limited anonymous usage and purchase events to our analytics service. Invite & Earn sends only the information needed to associate a referral and deliver optional reward notifications; it does not upload your client records.
1. Information We Collect
Session Tracker is designed with privacy in mind. The App stores your business records locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. The types of data stored include:
- Member Information: Names, phone numbers, email addresses, and notes you enter about your clients
- Session Data: Package details, session counts, booking dates, times, and completion status
- App Preferences: Default duration settings and display preferences
2. How We Use Your Information
All business data you enter into Session Tracker is used solely to help you manage your training business within the App.
- Displaying your client list and session schedules
- Tracking session packages and remaining sessions
- Showing your calendar and booking history
- Providing session statistics and overviews
3. Data Storage & Security
Local Storage: All data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data is protected by your device's built-in security features, including device passcode, Face ID, and Touch ID.
iCloud Sync (Pro Feature): If you subscribe to TrainerSchedule Pro and enable iCloud sync, your data is synced through Apple's CloudKit infrastructure. This data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. You can disable iCloud sync at any time in the App settings.
4. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your client records or business data. To operate and improve the App, Session Tracker sends limited anonymous operational data to our first-party HaoApps analytics service, including app opens, feature events, app version, device region, and purchase event details such as product, amount, currency, and storefront region. These events use a stable anonymous installation identifier and do not include client names, phone numbers, email addresses, notes, bookings, or package contents.
If you use Invite & Earn, we send your Promotion ID, an anonymous installation identifier, and, only after you grant notification permission, your APNs device token to our referral service. We use this information to associate referrals, calculate Pro-time rewards, and send a reward notification. Referral status and reward entitlement records are retained only as needed to operate the promotion. We do not use this information for advertising or cross-app tracking. The App can be used without enabling notifications.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
Your business data remains on your device until you choose to delete it. Limited anonymous analytics and referral records are retained only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the service or complete the promotion. You can:
- Delete individual records: Remove specific members, packages, or bookings at any time within the App
- Delete all data: Uninstall the App from your device to remove all locally stored data
- Manage iCloud data: Disable iCloud sync in the App settings, or manage iCloud data through your device's Settings app
6. Children's Privacy
Session Tracker is intended for use by professional personal trainers and fitness coaches. The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
