TrainerSchedule ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use the TrainerSchedule mobile application (the "App").
In short: TrainerSchedule stores all data locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or sell any personal data. Optional iCloud sync (Pro feature) uses Apple's secure infrastructure and is fully under your control.
1. Information We Collect
TrainerSchedule is designed with privacy in mind. The App stores all information locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. The types of data stored include:
- Member Information: Names, phone numbers, email addresses, and notes you enter about your clients
- Session Data: Package details, session counts, booking dates, times, and completion status
- App Preferences: Default duration settings and display preferences
2. How We Use Your Information
All data you enter into TrainerSchedule is used solely for the purpose of helping you manage your training business within the App. Specifically:
- Displaying your client list and session schedules
- Tracking session packages and remaining sessions
- Showing your calendar and booking history
- Providing session statistics and overviews
3. Data Storage & Security
Local Storage: All data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data is protected by your device's built-in security features, including device passcode, Face ID, and Touch ID.
iCloud Sync (Pro Feature): If you subscribe to TrainerSchedule Pro and enable iCloud sync, your data is synced through Apple's CloudKit infrastructure. This data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. You can disable iCloud sync at any time in the App settings.
4. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not share, sell, rent, or trade any of your data with third parties. TrainerSchedule does not include any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. The App operates entirely offline (except for optional iCloud sync through Apple's infrastructure).
5. Data Retention & Deletion
Your data remains on your device until you choose to delete it. You can:
- Delete individual records: Remove specific members, packages, or bookings at any time within the App
- Delete all data: Uninstall the App from your device to remove all locally stored data
- Manage iCloud data: Disable iCloud sync in the App settings, or manage iCloud data through your device's Settings app
6. Children's Privacy
TrainerSchedule is intended for use by professional personal trainers and fitness coaches. The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
