Welcome to TrainerSchedule. By downloading, installing, or using the TrainerSchedule mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the App.
Summary: TrainerSchedule is a scheduling tool for personal trainers. The free version supports up to 5 members. Pro subscription unlocks unlimited members and iCloud sync. You can cancel anytime.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TrainerSchedule, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
TrainerSchedule is a mobile application designed to help personal trainers and fitness coaches manage their client scheduling, session tracking, and package management. The App provides:
- Calendar-based session scheduling and management
- Client (member) profile management
- Session package tracking with automatic deduction
- Session statistics and activity history
- Optional iCloud data synchronization (Pro feature)
3. Free Version & Pro Subscription
Free Version: The free version of TrainerSchedule allows you to manage up to 5 members. All core scheduling and tracking features are available in the free version.
Pro Subscription: TrainerSchedule Pro offers the following additional benefits:
- Unlimited member management
- iCloud synchronization across your devices
- Advanced analytics (planned)
- Data export and backup capabilities (planned)
Pricing: Pro subscription is available as Monthly ($9.99/month), Yearly ($99.99/year), or Lifetime ($299.99 one-time purchase). Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.
Auto-Renewal: Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- The accuracy of all data you enter into the App
- Maintaining the security of your device and Apple ID
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection laws (such as GDPR, CCPA) when storing client information
- Obtaining appropriate consent from your clients before storing their personal information in the App
- Backing up important data, as local data may be lost if the App is deleted or your device is damaged
5. Data & Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. All data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect or access your data. For complete details, please review our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
TrainerSchedule, including its design, code, graphics, and documentation, is the intellectual property of the App developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
TrainerSchedule is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable
- Any data stored in the App will not be lost or corrupted
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the App
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Any interruption or cessation of the App
- Any loss of data due to device failure, deletion, or iCloud sync issues
9. Refund Policy
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple according to Apple's refund policies. If you wish to request a refund, please contact Apple Support directly or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App developer operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
