These Terms govern your use of the TwinCaption iOS app. By using TwinCaption, you agree to these Terms.
TwinCaption provides on-device live bilingual captions using your microphone or (optionally) internal audio via Apple’s broadcast feature.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use TwinCaption on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store terms and these Terms.
Free use may include a daily time limit (currently 5 minutes per day). PRO, when available, unlocks unlimited listening. Purchases are billed by Apple.
You agree not to misuse TwinCaption or use captions in ways that violate others’ rights or applicable law.
Speech recognition and translation may contain errors. TwinCaption is not a substitute for professional interpretation in high-stakes settings.
Captions depend on Apple frameworks and downloaded language packs. Availability varies by device, system version, and language pair.
TwinCaption is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of TwinCaption.
